How does guaranteed rent work?

We essentially become your tenant after agreeing a rent with you, we then legally sub-let the property, by vetting the right tenants through a comprehensive referencing check. We will take care of the AST (Assured Short-hold Tenancy) agreement. If a tenant decides to stop paying rent, leave without notice, damage the property, we will take on the financial burden not you.
